The separate lounge is well furnished with sofas and armchairs. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 2 double, 1 twin and 4th bedroom with bunk beds. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. There is a patio area with garden furniture. The cottage has the luxury of central heating making it perfect for those out of season holidays. There is loads of space at Kervernel and plenty to do for all the family. For your security the heated 10x5 metres swimming pool is securely fenced in. Whatever the time of year this is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday

Location
The quiet hamlet of Kervernel is on the outskirts of the village La Chapelle Neuve and 15 mins from the towns Locmine and Baud and 30 mins to the famous towns of Vannes and Lorient. The beautiful Southern Brittany beaches are only a 40 min drive. The ferry ports St Malo and Roscoff are a 2 hours drive and those at Caen and Cherbourg a 4 hour drive.

Facilities
There is loads of space at Kevernel and plenty to do for all the family. The large grounds of one and a half acres are ideal for the children to play in and make new friends while you watch from your terrace relaxing and sipping a glass of wine, but if you feel like being energetic try your hand at table tennis, badminton and boule. The heated 10x5 metres swimming pool has roman steps at one end but at the other end it is deep enough for diving. A large terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers surrounds the pool. The pool is open mid May to mid September depending on local weather conditions.
