The cottage has the luxury of central heating making it perfect for those out of season holidays. There is loads of space at Kervernel and plenty to do for all the family. Location
The quiet hamlet of Kervernel is on the outskirts of the village La ChapelleNeuve and 15mins from the towns Locmine and Baud and 30 mins to the famous towns of Vannes and Lorient. The beautiful Southern Brittany beaches are only a 40 min drive.The ferry ports St Malo andRoscoff are a 2 hours drive and those at Caen and Cherbourg a 4hour drive.

Facilities
There is loads of space at Kevernel and plenty to do for all the family.The large grounds of an acre and a half are ideal for the children to play in and make new friends while you watch from your terrace relaxing and sipping a glass of wine. You will find boule court,table tennis, badminton and swings for the children. The heated 10x5 metres swimming pool has roman steps at one end but at the other end it is deep enough for diving. Al arge terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers surrounds the pool. The pool is securely fenced in.The pool is open mid May to mid September depending on local weather conditions.
