The property has been fully re-fitted for 2005 season, and benefits from the addition of a heated swimming pool enabling visitors to swim comfortably from April to October. For the cooler months the house has central heating and an insert woodburner. It is idealy located for visiting the many historic bastide towns such as Issigeac (which has a regular Sunday market) and Montflanquin. Both very beautiful town with medieval houses and ramparts. The property has open views across the countryside and can be appreciated fully from the veranda that runs along 2 sides of the house. The living room and kitchen both have doors opening onto it. The large pool terrace is a lovely place to enjoy both the pool and an evening BBQ.

Accommodation
All of the furniture and fittings are new for 2005 season. The owners have tried to ensure that everything is here that you might need to have a relaxing and stress free holiday. It is a lovely light and airy house with wonderful views.

Locality
Close to the famous wine region of Monbazillac, the perfect wine with Foie Gras or Desserts. Access to local towns and villages is very easy from the property as it is centrally located for visiting Lot-Garonne or Dordogne. There are markets every day of the week, the most noteable are in Issigeac on Sundays and Bergerac on Wednesdays.
