nearby market towns. Country setting but convenient for A20 autoroute + RN20 giving easy
access to surrounding area including the medieval town of Gourdon + historic Cahors set
within a loop of the river Lot. Domme, Sarlat, Rocamadour + the river Dordogne are a
short drive north, equidistant southwards is the unspoilt valley of the river Lot and
the beautiful village of St-Cirq-Lapopie

GROUND FLOOR- Living room with satellite TV, DVD and CD player, sofabed, dining area for up to 4 people, corner kitchen and washing machine. Tumble dryer and freezer. Toilet with shower. FIRST FLOOR- Attic bedroom. DVD films, music CDs and books are available on loan if required.

SETTING-
Set in an acre of grounds with new salt water swimming pool including roman end and underwater lighting, sunny patio and outdoor furniture. The accomodation has private gardens, a barbecue, gazebo and patio with outside dining table and chairs.

ACTIVITIES-
A basic 9 hole GOLF course can be found 6 miles away near Labastide Murat- a selection of 18 hole courses is available within a 20-25 mile radius. There are many fine LOCAL RESTAURANTS serving good traditional French country food with excellent local wines. Weekly MARKETS, traditional festivals and fetes are held in nearby villages and the area is ideal for day trips, cycling, walking, golf, tennis and canoing.

An excellent choice of shops, supermarkets, banks. restaurants and cafes can be found at both GOURDON (11 miles) and CAHORS (18 miles)
