Les Rosiers.
Although convenient for exploring and visiting many places of great beauty and interest, the
village of Lamothe Cassel remains a haven of peace and tranquility. A gentle step into the
past, away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. A place where one can relax and
enjoy the wonders of nature. There is a pretty garden where you can sit under the shade of
an old oak or in a sunny corner. The limestone walls in summer are covered with a
profusion of roses, honeysuckle, jasmin and autumn coloured creepers. For out of season
holidays there is a stone inglenook in the beamed lounge with a glass fronted log burner
(logs provided free of charge). We have also provided a large selection of books, videos, etc.
for evenings in.

General Information.
WELCOME - on your arrival you will find a "welcome" tray of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a
bottle of Cahors wine. BED LINEN, TOWELS & TEA TOWELS- provided free of charge.
LOGS FOR WOODBURNER & ELECTRIC HEATING free of charge. PAYMENT - Deposit
30% within 7 days - Balance due 6 weeks before arrival. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE - Arrival
from 3pm and Departure by 10 am please. CHANGEOVER DAY normally Saturday but can
be varied. PART WEEKS (min. 5 days) pro-rata. DAMAGE DEPOSIT - £100 with balance
cheque (refundable). LOCATION - A plan of the village and route plan will be sent with receipt
for deposit. DISCOUNTS - 1 or 2 persons only - 10% discount. CLEANING - We always
ensure thorough cleaning between visitors. NOTICE BOARD - Information provided on places
to go, restaurants, shops, market days, doctors, dentists, etc.
