La Grange Tourterelles offers spacious and luxurious accomodation being situated in the
sunny charente maritime department in the countryside village of st dizant du gua, famed
for its Chateau du Beaulon, and 14th century church, yet only 25kms from the beautiful
atlantic beaches of royan and st george de didonne.St Dizant du Gua is a small
picturesque village with a bar, tabac, petrol station, post office and shop. The Moulin
du Sap is located in a pine forest 1.5kms away where there are pedalos, mini golf,
creperie and open air barbecue offering discos and free entertainment throughout July
and August with late bar. The larger town of Mirambeau is a ten minute drive away and
boasts a weekly market and also a supermarket.

Ground floor: Huge lounge with exposed stone walls, vaulted ceiling with beams galore, woodburning stove and stairs leading to galleried mezzanine. Dining kitchen is high spec and fully equipped with all mod cons. 2 ground floor bedrooms - 1 a double and 1 an extremely large room having full sized bunks to one end and twin beds at the other. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage and wardrobe space.

First floor: Spectacular galleried rail, mezzanine overlooking the lounge with welsh dresser, table and chairs and further sofa to enable guests to take advantage of the extensive library. A large and airy master bedroom with feature stone walls and a ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom is a twin bedroom also ensuite with exposed stonework and modern wardrobes. Outside: A large and spacious garden with private parking for two vehicles, an above ground swimming pool and plenty of seating and sunbathing areas.
