Four bedrooms,two bathrooms over two floors, ideal for two families sharing. Kitchen Diner
The kitchen is very well equipped with every thing from a wok to a pot.The white goods consist of: gas oven and 5 burner hob,extractor fan,electric oven and grill,microwave oven,water cooler,2 refrigerators,dishwasher and washine machine.The table is situated at the window with views of the pool area and countryside beyond.The floor is tiled and has a ceiling fan, air circulation vent and a stone fireplace graces the room.

Sitting Room and Dining Room
Two sofas surround the log burning fireplace.There is a ceiling fan and the floor is also tiled.The window has views over the garden and countryside.The entertainment consists of: tv,video recorder,dvd player and new for 2008 i-pod docking station and Wi-Fi access FOC. There is a supply of dvd's, video's, games and books for the enjoyment of adults and children alike. There is an information pack and visitors book for your persual. The Dining Room has a large wooden table and chairs which can accomodate 8 people comfortably.The door onto the garden is glass and you have views over the landscaped garden and the countryside beyond.

Downstairs Bedrooms and Bathroom
There are 2 downstairs bedrooms which are light and airy double bedded rooms. Supplied with duvets, 4 pillows, chest of drawers, bedside tables with reading lights,electric fans and hanging space.The floors are parquet and the view from the large window in both rooms overlook the south facing garden. The bathroom has white sanitary ware consisting of w.c. washhand basin and corner shower cubicle. There is an air circulation vent and the floor is tiled.

1st Floor Bedrooms and Bathroom
There is 2 upstairs bedrooms which have two single beds in each room. Both rooms come complete with duvets, pillows, chest of drawers, bedside table with reading lights and electric fan. The floors are cushioned vinyl and the view from the windows take in the landscaped garden and unspoiled views of the country side. The bathroom is finished to a high standard, with w.c. vanity unit with shaver socket, bath with overhead shower and a bidet. There is an air circulation vent here also, the floors are cushioned vinyl. All upstairs rooms have window seats, exposed beams and views over the countryside. Air Conditioned units are available for hire.

Outdoors
The 3/4 acre garden has a large lawn with a boule court at the bottom of the garden (boules available). The 30ft pool, which has a AFNOR approved fence, is situated on a large fully tiled terrase, adjacent to the kitchen, which can be iluminated in the evenings by pool and terrase lighting. The garden features two sitting/eating area's. The 1st at the foot of the pool next to the kitchen which is covered and can accomodate 8 people and the 2nd (stone table and seats) accomodating 6 people at the top of the pool. Other features of the garden include, heated outdoor shower situated beside the pool, large stone BBQ and a fountain (affectionately known as "Margo"). The landscaped garden consists of, fairies hidden throughout for the younger guest's to find, various fruit trees including, pear, peach, orange, olive,apricot,cherry. Also in the garden are quiet sitting area's.

Location-Location-Location
Boisme is typicaly French with Post Office, Bakers, Hairdressers, Bar,church, Theatre and Lake where there is a childrens play park and lovely walks. The nearest supermarkets are in Bressuire which is ten minutes drive away. In Bressuire there are restraunts, chateau, bars, banks, cafes, shops, tourist office and a weekly Tuesday market, in the summer months also on a Saturday morning.
